Payment Methods


To provide convenience for our international and domestic customers, we offer several payment options as outlined below.

1. Online Payment (Booking System)

Customers can make payments directly through our website booking system

  • Payment methods : Credit Card / PayPal

  • Additional fee : +5% payment gateway fee

  • Payment is automatically recorded in the system

  • Booking will be confirmed immediately after successful payment

    Note :
    The total amount will be automatically adjusted to include the 5% payment gateway fee.

    2. Wise International Bank Transfer

    We also accept payments via Wise for international bank transfers. This option is recommended for customers who prefer lower transfer costs and no additional fees from us.

    Important Notes :

    • Transfers from SEPA banks can use the IBAN as a domestic transfer

    • Transfers from outside SEPA must use the SWIFT/BIC code

    • Payments via Wise are not subject to any additional fees

    • Bookings made via Wise are processed manually

    • Customer contacts us to confirm the selected tour package

    • Payment is transferred to the Wise account listed above

    • Proof of payment is sent via WhatsApp or email

    • Our team will manually confirm the payment and finalize the booking

    3. On-The-Spot Payment

    For selected arrangements, payment can be made on the spot based on prior agreement with our team.

    • Customers may choose the payment method that best suits their preference

    • In case of any online payment issues, customers can switch to manual transfer via Wise so the tour can proceed as planned
